Can the ControlUp Monitor Upload Time Be Adjusted?
The user asked if it was possible to adjust the monitor upload time, which was answered as being hard coded to 30 minutes with a delay of up to two hours. On-Premise versions are written to disk every 10 minutes while the cloud version is every 30 minutes. No possibility was available to adjust the interval.

Troubleshooting “Send Message To Horizon User” Script Error
The user was trying to run the “Send message to Horizon user” from the community script using a trigger but received an UAC error. Solutions such as disabling UAC from the Control Panel and making sure the Horizon pod was in the same ControlUp site as the agent machines were suggested. Additionally, the user had to generate Horizon creds on each Monitor server individually. The issue was eventually resolved.

ControlUP Monitoring: Combining CVAD Logon Times with FSLogix Integration without UPM? Supported Configuration?
A user asked about running FSLogix and UPM together without issues. It was suggested to not use Director for logon times as ControlUp is more accurate and to focus on the Windows logon time. It was also recommended to use the logon duration analysis script provided by ControlUp and establish a baseline. Additionally, FSLogix integration interrogates a remote file share every 5 minutes and does not provide free space info, other than that it can be requested via Solve UserVoice. Error: “Install .NET FW 4.8 on the target machine” Upgrading ControlUp Monitors
A user was trying to upgrade ControlUp Monitors from 8.7.0.579 but kept getting a message to install .NET FW 4.8 on the target machine. This is a known issue which is fixed either by patching or uninstalling a patch (specifically ms patch kb5011048). Rolling back the upgrade was the current solution, but the user had the current version 4.8 (not 4.8.1) and a clean install worked. Is it Possible to Have a ControlUp Monitor Server in a DMZ?

A user asked about a recent feature where data sources will failover to a different site if all monitors in that site are down. It turns out that this is not a feature, but the team is working on data aggregation between sites instead. A sizing complication may come with this feature, but it would also allow for High Availability, as customers often mistake sites for HA as opposed to a load balancer between monitors.
