How often is the “Client CPU” metric is gathered in ControlUp Realtime DX?
Someone asked about the frequency of the "client CPU" metric and whether it is an average. It is updating at 3 seconds, and there could be a bigger interval for seeing it in solve (up to 10 seconds). However, users may be seeing different values in their local task manager, and @member or @member could provide more details on this. It is possible that the stress levels in the configuration are set to average so the values change less often.

Using Get-HVMachineSummary and Understanding HZ Assigned User in VMware Holirzon View on ControlUp
In Horizon View, the assigned user of VDIs is not showing in the Real-Time console, but there is a registry key that can be used to turn it back on. This was turned off by default due to a performance concern, but it is believed that the underlying issue has been addressed. In version 9 of the integration, assigned user can be retrieved without extra data. @member may have more insight on this. Use with caution. Error When Removing and Re-Adding Servers from Old Sub-Org: Solutions Needed in ControlUp
A user was having issues removing and re-adding servers in their environment that hadn't been used for years, and received a generic error. The user was advised to remove the regkey as described in Computer already belongs to another ControlUp organization - Managed Computers. The user managed to get the servers working, and asked how long it would take for CPU/memory historical data to show in the graphs. It takes 1-2 hours for the data to get to the historical views, but this will change soon once streaming (a new method for historic data) is enabled, and it will be almost instant.

Community Benchmarks Implementation and Overall User Experience Score in Insights?
