How do I troubleshoot errors when trying to add an EUC environment? I’ve specified the data collector, but the only thing it does is give me an obscure “one or more errors occured” and I see no event logs on the data collector.
check the agent logs of the data collector in C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Roaming\ControlUp but you might need to change the loglevel in the log4net.config there from ERROR to DEBUG. Also open a support ticket they can help with this
