A user reported an issue with Outlook freezing when opening an email due to a large photo in the sender’s signature, and suggested correlating app freezes events with the Outlook version. He opens outlook, and when he clicks to open a mail as he has the reading pane on the right , then you can see it tries loadinding the content and that creates an freeze on the event logs

I had an outlook freeze issue reported to me for one of my VDI users. It only happened for emails from a specific sender, and it would work fine in the OWA client.
Turns out the sender had an insanely large photo of themself in their signature… first time for everything I guess 😄
