Hi everyone,
I’m looking for some guidance on troubleshooting Scoutbees network connectivity or check-in issues.
I’ve installed the Hive on a device, and it appears in Scoutbees, but it isn’t checking in and remains in a red state. I then reinstalled and upgraded to version 1246 — the update is reflected in Scoutbees, but the status is still red.
So far, I’ve verified the API key and confirmed that the service account configured has administrative privileges on the device.
Is there a network checker, diagnostic tool, or recommended troubleshooting steps for this scenario?
Thanks in advance.
I feel like in this situation support would be best. But there should be a way to enable logs. It’s been a while since. I can check tomorrow
We do have a network tester as well. give that a whirl.
