After investigating, the user found an error stating that the Remote Server was unavailable with a code of 503, despite the device being online and pinging.

Hello, how to find the cause for the secure dx not installing on a windows desktop? If I click on Install it progresses for sometime (couple of minutes) and then again highlights the Install switch.
When you click install the agent it calls the install script for the agent in Edge DX. I would check the device events tab in Edge DX first to see if there was an issue running the script
