A team member asked for help with SQL errors while working in an ERP application. The team suggested using CU4VDI to monitor process level network traffic and overall network usage, as well as a CIG utility to monitor TCP connections. The utility is not yet published but can be obtained from a specific member.

Hi team,
We are dealing with SQL errors when working in an ERP application. Error messages: "Error querying QRI BLOB. Execution of SQL statement failed. Subsystem: ODBC Driver MS SQL, Error 08501/1. The application runs on a terminal server with ControlUp Real-Time Agent and Edge DX Agent installed. Are there possibilities to locate interruptions of network connections in multi-sequmented LAN? With Script Actions, maybe?
Hi @member , we are not monitoring network interruptions directly, but we do monitor process level network traffic, so you can review the ERP processes network data using CU4VDI, and also machine overall network usage. In addition, we collect every log errors as well, so we can try correlating the two
If indeed the issue is related to network connections, we also have a CIG utility that monitor all TCP connections, this can help with troubleshooting as well
You can contact @member to get this utility, since it’s not published yet
