A user had trouble accessing VDI through the ControlUp portal and asked if others were experiencing the same issue. They were advised to open a support ticket and after receiving a link from the support team, the issue was solved. Good afternoon,
I can log into ControlUp without any issues, but since today, when I navigate to VDI (on-premises) within the portal, I receive the following message.
This has always worked without any problems. Are there any issues on ControlUp’s side, or are others experiencing this as well?

I am not familiar with any wide spread reports on VDI / SAML login issues
as this may be an environmental issue, I suggest opening a support ticket
