A user discovered a typo in the Direct Download link for the Windows agent in EdgeDX. While the user was able to pull the correct version by tweaking the URL, they wanted to report the issue. Another user asked for a screenshot for the backend team to address the issue. Further discussion reveals that the recommended option is to use the agent manager instead of directly downloading the agent.

Hi, this is more of a "typo" report than a question!
In EdgeDX > Settings > Downloads, the Direct Download link at the bottom of the doc states that 2.13.1.3428 is the current Windows agent. The latest GA I see under Settings > Agent > Version Control is 2.15.0.4777. I pulled 2.15.0.4777 by tweaking the Direct Download url so I’m all set, just wasn’t sure where to mention this bug-but-not-a-bug 🙂.
Can you take a screenshot so we can share with the backend team to address?
Hey Chris, we will check on this. I don’t see what you describe, but I’m running on a different internal build, so maybe we already fixed it in a more recent branch
