An error of "Client connection failures" was encountered in Citrix Director. ControlUp was asked if it could be used to identify these errors and initiate a script-based action, to which a user suggested using the folder metric "User Connection Failures Per Hour" as a trigger.

Currently, for unexplained reasons, we are experiencing the following error in Citrix Director: "Client connection failures."
Can we use ControlUp to identify these errors in the console, Solve, etc., and initiate a script-based action?
There is a folder metric for User Connection Failures Per Hour. Maybe you can utilize that as a trigger.
