Viewing and Acknowledging Alerts in ControlUp Solve/Dex

A user asked how to view and acknowledge alerts in Solve/Dex, and if not possible, if it is included in any plan. It is only possible in the real-time console, and not in Solve/Dex. this is probably a silly question, but what is the intention for reviewing alerts in Solve/Dex? For example, if I have a trigger for high cpu or memory, and I want to view/acknowledge the alert, can I do that in Solve/Dex or only in the realtime console?

Are you talking about the incident pane in the real-time comsole

The Solve audit log should have a record of all the triggers that were fired.

right, so I understand I can view the incidents in the realtime console, but is there a way to view in web

In Solve, gear icon, bottom left.

so this just shows the trigger fired, but you cant necessarily do any acknowledging or anything

U can’t do that in the real time console anyway

There is no acknowledging in ControlUp, console or solve.
