Hi everyone. I’m not sure which channel this belongs in, so I’m posting it here for now. I received the following email, but every time I try to register, nothing happens when I click the Submit button after filling out the form. There’s no error message, it just doesn’t do anything. Other colleagues are seeing the same issue.
One odd thing I noticed is that after clicking Submit, the cursor is automatically placed at the end of my email address. Our company email address ends in .org. Not sure if that has anything to do with it.

We’re going through a PoC and trying to be a champion for ControlUp, but it’s a bit deflating that I can’t even get the team signed up to see how the product works from someone other than me.
Open up a support ticket so we can send you the proper link.
Will do now. Thank you.

Arthur, have you also been provided ControlUp Academy information? The webinars are still valuable to learn about possible use cases but Academy trainings go deeper into the details on how things work in the product
Good idea. I’ll see if they can use ControlUp Academy. Thanks.

Just tagging some folks that can assist
We have ask the expert, cuacademy.controlup.com keep me posted if you want to book something and have issues
Hi Arthur,
I have the same issue when registering for webinars at ControlUp.
Solution is to lower your browsers security settings to "standard protection" (in case of Chrome) or configure tracking protection to "basic" (in case of Edge).
Are you using some kind of DNS-ad blocker like pihole oder nextDNS?
I was able to complete the registration successfully from my personal computer outside our corporate network. During the registration process, the form performs a validation on the email address to confirm it is a work email. That validation step does not appear to function from within our corporate network, likely due to network filtering or blocking.
