A member needed guidance on building a dashboard for devices with and without a certain app installed. Currently, the NOT filter is not supported in the installed app index, so they suggest using a script or workflow and custom index. They will put in a User voice or add it to the roadmap. Scripts have been completed and data reporting is looking good for macOS, Windows, and Linux. It was mentioned that this is great news.

Want to build a dashboard on device that do and do not have X app installed
Currently we don’t support the NOT filter in the installed app index because its build different. To do this the easiest way would to be run a script or workflow and write to a custom index. And build the dashboard from that.
