Multiple users reported a bug with user input delay when upgrading from Win 11 23h2 to 24h2, with over 25 devices affected. One person suggested rebuilding perfmon counts may solve the issue. The ControlUp team will investigate on Monday as users have already left the office.

if you do a in place upgrade from Win 11 23h2 to 24h2 the Peak User input delay no longer reports data
New Builds and OSD doesn’t have this issue
The red in the screenshot was when the user was upgraded
im seeing this on 25 + devices
Good point. Yes, we have the same.
Going to change my name to bug hunter 😄
@member Ill log a call for this
Hey Eugene, I recently saw an issue with user input delay on 2 different 24H2 devices. Further investigation led to the perfmon counters for user input delay being broken in windows which I had to rebuild. Can you check perfmon to see if is shows values in there?
I think I fixed it by running lodctr /R
If you don’t see the counters show data in perfemon this might be a Microsoft issue
I’ll have to check Monday
Users left office already
