Automating the Disabling of Maintenance Mode on Virtual Desktops
A user asked whether it was possible to automate the process of disabling maintenance mode on virtual desktops. Suggestions include marking the systems by using the eventlog, using registry keys for non-persistent systems, and using a local database. How to send to email using a scheduled ControlUp Trigger?
Via scheduled triggers, users were unable to send an email using ControlUp's backend. ControlUp does not generate incidents from this trigger by design, as it is likely to run on a large scale. Working on a Trigger to Monitor Citrix Server Thresholds
A user was working on a trigger to alert them once a threshold of Citrix Servers in a folder was broken. It was suggested to use folder metrics, with the user confirming they understood that an unchecked state meant it would need to exit and re-enter that state. They were also advised to restart their monitors and check values with the console before building a trigger.

How to Disable ControlUp Agent Auto Updates
A user asked if there was a way to disable auto updates for devices with the ControlUp agent other than disabling them one at a time; it is possible to do so by turning off version control. The reason for this was due to CarbonBlack blocking the agent when it gets updated. As a solution, the user was suggested to get a CarbonBlack rule in place to allow it, simplifying future upgrades of the agent.

Does ControlUp Insight have FSLogix drive information anywhere?
A user asked if Insight has FSLogix drive information stored. The answer is that there are no new data uploads at present, and they should keep an eye out for a new data pipeline. Switching ControlUp COP Server from Light to Production Mode
A user has a ControlUp COP server in light mode and needs to switch to production mode, but is facing an error when clicking the 'Production Mode' button. Support suggested using a tool to decrypt the SQL connection string and editing it manually, or nuking the installation and reinstalling in production mode.
