New users were experiencing an error when logging in to the SaaS URL’s, and it was observed through the discussion that they would need to open the console first. It was suggested that for Solve users, they can be created without touching the console with the help of PowerShell cmdlets, CSV import, and SAML. The option is not yet available for Insights.

Hi all, we added new users to insights and solve but when they try to sign in on the saas url’s they get the error "Communication problem. Please try agai n in a few minutes." Many thanks for the help in advanced!

As far as I’m aware. There is no way for you to create console/insights users without those users opening the console first.
You can only do that for Solve.
If you’re talking about the login manager. Those users will have to open the console first. In fact, you may need to toggle off and on their insights permission after they open the console. Hi @member @member In this scenario, our aim is to provide a user with exclusive access to Insight or Solve features for viewing exported data without granting access to the console. In this specific case, now we need to grant distinct permissions to the virtual machine (VM) hosted on the customer’s tenant. The user will be allowed to log in to the console temporarily, and afterward, their access needs to be revoked. To have access on the front end.
Hey Ramon, understood. It is a common complaint. Having said that. Solve users CAN be created without touching the console.
• By checking the creating users via powershell cmdlets create-cuuser
• Importing a CSV file of users
• Using the automatic user creation when a user authenticates through SAML
For Insights the steps unfortunately require opening the console 😞

Hi Dennis, Thanks for ur reply. We just finished setup for SAML Solve. Hopefully the option will become available for insights in the near future.
