The user asked if there was a way to get more than 14 days of history in the ‘Incidents’ window and more than 1-hour of history in the ‘Events’ view. The response was that ‘Incidents’ this is not possible, however ‘Events’ can be increased by increasing RAM, which will increase the console footprint. The user then asked if a feature request could be sent for ‘Incidents’ history window. The response was that this could be done, although the audit data can be sent to syslog server in order to query for more than 14 days.

Hello, is there a way to get more that 14 day of history in the "Incidents" window ?
And more of 1h hour of history in the "Events" view ?
Thanks in advance, cheers (modifié)
Incidents No, events yes. Keep in mind events are stored in RAM so increasing it will increase the console footprint.
Thanks @member, that’s great. Should I send a feature request for the Incdents history window ?
You certainly can. I will say that the whole mechanism around the incident database needs work and is really why its limited to 14 days. You may notice how slow it is to pull up. Have you looked at getting what you need from the Solve audit log?
Solve audt logs ? I don’t have access to that. I’m on a test license and on-premise…
Ohh… On-prem… 😞
You could send the audit data to a syslog server and query it there. That would also allow more than 14 days.@member, I’m sure that you have queries ready for this…
There is nothing really to query. You just specify a syslog server and then you do your queries on the syslog server of your choice.
