Hi All, Trying to set up an alert regarding an Application version update for one of our major business application. Need it to alert anytime it changes on any and all of our Citrix VDA’s. If anyone can point me in the right direction I’d greatly appreciate it. We would also like to have reportable data on it so my leadership can see anytime we do an update they can verify.
We would also need something similar for monthly Windows Patching: IE what patches was installed and when.
Are you trying to get an overview of which version of an application was used when? Or do you want to get a notification the first time a new version was used?
I want a notification anytime an application gets updated
You can create a trigger for process started. But you’d have to hard code version numbers every time they change.
If you just want to see the distribution of versions, you can use process statistics reports.
