A user asked for trends regarding storage in ControlUp. It is possible to view IO stats, though missing capacity information is not available yet. However, ControlUp will add trends as reference for the statistics reports in the Streaming project, including capacity and free space information. There will also be Disk entity reports with relevant information and recommendations. A session can be coordinated to discuss the plan.

any chance of getting some trends re: storage? under hots trends we seem to have everything but storage
There’s IO stats in there (IOPS utilization and latency). What statistics are you looking for?
And in the Host Statistics report there’s more historical storage dataOne thing we’re missing is capacity , % free space, that sort of stuff n things

As part of the Streaming project we are adding trends as reference for the statistics reports (Usages trends) according to the selected time frame (e.g. machine statistics will also present CPU Trends %, Disconnection Sessions Trends (%), Free Space on System Drive Trends (%), GPU Trends (%), User Sessions Trends (%)….)
Regarding missing capacity information, at the 1st phase we will present the missing capacity (as Min free space and Min free space trends (%). at the 2nd phase we are planning to add Disk entity reports with all the relevant information and insights recommendations per Disk (not only OS)
