Investigating Network/Internet Connection Drops with ControlUp Latency Report
The user asked about a graph showing gaps in latency numbers which indicates a drop in the clients network/internet connection. It was suggested to set up Scoutbees and monitor wifi as part of the issue resolution. Having 3 targets in the latency report and seeing gaps in the same spot for all 3 targets could point to an issue with the user's cable, router, modem or ISP. ControlUP traceroute info might also be helpful.

Creating a Script for Maintenance Mode Changes on Citrix Machines
This discussion was about creating a script to show who changed maintenance mode on Citrix machines and when, as well as potential logs for restarts, forced logoffs and MCS updates. Can ControlUp Insights display ICA proxy connections for my NetScaler Gateway?
The ControlUp console displays ICA proxy connections for NetScaler Gateways, but ControlUp Insights does not. Filtering session activity reports by initial client IP or using export-cuquery may provide the desired results. How to Deploy ControlUp Remote DX on IGEL Devices
A user asked about the best or newest way to deploy/update ControlUp Remote DX on IGEL. The Igel firmware release 11.08.230 includes ControlUp Agent 8.1.5.500 and the user asked how to activate this feature. The user was given advice to move away from Real-Time but add them to Edge DX. As of 11.04 and earlier, the user was advised to use a custom partition. There is a bug that prevents the user from connecting after June last year, though. The user can download the ControlUp Remote DX Agent install script for IGEL devices using OS v11.05.152 and test it on OS v11.07.198.

Help With Logging off Issues in Citrix VDA Environments using ControlUp
A user encountered a 'logging off' status in a Citrix VDA environment. After selecting 'log off' option, the process takes longer than usual and, if the user tries to reconnect the next day, they get a message. ControlUp can help with this situation, either setting an automated action to reboot the system for single sessions, or putting the machine into maintenance mode for multi-session hosts to prevent new connections. Targeting Machines for Surveys in ControlUp Edge DX
