How can the login process be further optimized, considering the slowdown caused by system AppX Packages?
Suggestions were made to optimize the loginprocess and gain an even lower login time. Steps to audit process creation and termination were provided, along with many other settings related to the login process and the loading of AppX packages. It was mentioned that the worldwide average login duration is 27 seconds, but the user's logon time was 17.5 seconds, so they were doing well. Why is My Advanced Trigger in ControlUp Not Functioning Correctly for Long-Running Processes?
A user was having trouble with a trigger set up to identify a process that has been running too long, resulting in either false positives or no action taken. Suggestions were made to set up a scheduled trigger with invoke-cuquery and possibly use invoke-cuaction with Remote PowerShell for the killing of the process. A suggestion was also made to open a support ticket. Another user also highlighted the filter on Start Time in the GUI as not being useful for the things they needed it for.

Can I Use a Wildcard for the Citrix Virtual Channel Allow List in ControlUp Agent?
The user asked if wildcard can be used for Citrix Virtual Channel Allow List. Why don’t see a disconnected idle session in User Sessions (Citrix) but I do in User Sessions (Agent) ?
A user was confused about why a disconnected idle session appeared in the User Sessions (Agent) but not in the User Sessions (Citrix) under the EUC environment in ControlUp’s Remote Terminal console. The User Sessions (Agent) option is located under the Delivery Group whereas the User Sessions (Citrix) is found under the User. It was suggested that it could be because the session was failing to log off completely or there were not many processes for that user.

Does the Bandwidth Limit metric come from the Citrix EDT logic?
A question was asked about the Bandwidth Limit metric from the Citrix EDT logic - this is estimated by sending two packets of known size and measuring the time it takes to transmit them. The metric is measured in Mbps and it should not be lower than 1 or 2 Mbps as Citrix is nimble in its bandwidth consumption. Thanks to @member for clarifying.

Is there a sizing guide to how much storage space you need for ControlUp Inights
A user asked about sizing for Insights storage - in the KB, an example of 1,000 RDSH, 500 VDI and 30 Server OS users was given as 3 TB per year with an overhead of 1.3. 8,000 Citrix users, 2,000 VDIs, 3,000 laptops and 1,000 servers will require around 48 TB of storage, which would need an IOP cluster with 3 data nodes. The article from ControlUp KB is no longer available, however ControlUp's Knowledge Base article on prerequisites for Insights on-premises can be found at https://support.controlup.com/v1/docs/insights-on-premises-prerequisites#recommended-installation-types-based-on-sessions.

After upgrading Citrix VDA to 2203CU2 have noticed the HDX Latency to be erroneous and erratic?
Users reported incorrect HDX Latency and Round Trip Time (RTT) values in Citrix VDA versions 2112 and earlier. The issue can be fixed by disabling the HDX Adaptive Scaling feature in the VDA registry (CVADHELP-19781). Changing the CU setting to current value and disabling Remote DX latency may also help. More information can be found in the Citrix documentation at https://docs.citrix.com/en-us/citrix-virtual-apps-desktops/2203-ltsr/whats-new/cumulative-update-1/fixed-issues.html.
