How does ControlUp report failed logins in the logon duration report?

How to Enable/Disable Maintenance Mode Script in ControlUp?

This EUC discussion explored solutions to an issue where user's sessions are hung and don't want to reconnect. ControlUp's Invoke-cuquery can be used to figure out where a user has sessions, and a registry key value can be used to log them off - though this process must be done remotely. Stuck in “estimating the connection quality” with RemoteDX Plugin
A user encountered an issue with RemoteDX where users were unable to reconnect to their disconnected Sessions on an RDS Farm and were stuck in "estimating connection quality". After uninstalling RemoteDX, the issue was solved when importing a Linux Load Balancer (HAProxy) Reg key. The user was thanked for this resolution and it was documented for reference. RemoteDX is not natively supported by RDS but is supported against Citrix/VMware Horizon/AVD.
