Why don’t see a disconnected idle session in User Sessions (Citrix) but I do in User Sessions (Agent) ?
A user was confused about why a disconnected idle session appeared in the User Sessions (Agent) but not in the User Sessions (Citrix) under the EUC environment in ControlUp’s Remote Terminal console. The User Sessions (Agent) option is located under the Delivery Group whereas the User Sessions (Citrix) is found under the User. It was suggested that it could be because the session was failing to log off completely or there were not many processes for that user.

Why is My IOP Server Adding 3600s to the Login Time Since the Time Change?
A user asked about the impact of the recent time change in France on their IOP servers, with their login time being 3600s different. Following a procedure provided, they were informed that while it is possible to set the time zone, it wouldn't affect the logon duration. It was then suggested that this is an issue with the agent version, the 8.6.0.192, which should be updated. VSO 89643 on Userville was mentioned as addressing the daylight savings issue, though the portal is only available for on-prem customers. Dell Wyse Thin Clients stopped receiving ControlUp Remote DX information since updating to the latest firmware
A user reported that the ControlUp agent was not working with the Dell Wyse ThinOS 2303 firmware and mentioned that Dell may need to be involved with the new update. It was suggested that a Dell case should be opened. How to fix messed up one of the data indexes, now opens to grey screen with no records
To solve the issue of a grey screen when trying to access a custom data index, it is suggested to delete the whole index and build a new Object with all separate items. The object should include `'NIC Name'` and `'ipconfig interfacealias='` properties, and have to work around `IPv4Address` and `DNSServer` which are arrays. Deleting the index will allow the agent to send data again, and regenerate the index.

Edge DX Agent Beta Bits & Auto Update Agent
A user experienced the Edge DX agent reverting from the beta version to the non-beta version due to Auto Update Agent being enabled. Questions were asked about the version which should be showing if the user is on Beta, and answers indicated that version 2.12.0.2162 is the current version. The File transfer feature was mentioned as a benefit. The explanation for the reverting was that the user had to choose one of the Beta versions in the Agent section of Settings.
