Stuck in “estimating the connection quality” with RemoteDX Plugin
A user encountered an issue with RemoteDX where users were unable to reconnect to their disconnected Sessions on an RDS Farm and were stuck in "estimating connection quality". After uninstalling RemoteDX, the issue was solved when importing a Linux Load Balancer (HAProxy) Reg key. The user was thanked for this resolution and it was documented for reference. RemoteDX is not natively supported by RDS but is supported against Citrix/VMware Horizon/AVD. Troubleshooting ControlUp Monitor not collecting data from VMs
