Troubleshooting User Login and Logoff Triggers in ControlUp

A user was having trouble with User login and logoff triggers. Another user suggest checking the incidents pane in the config console to see if any trigger events were recorded. The first user was able to see User Logged On events but not User Logged Off events. Others chimed in to say that all triggers, regardless of action, should record an incident. Further troubleshooting was needed to understand why the trigger was not working.

Troubleshooting Memory Usage with ControlUp

How to Monitor and Stop Running Services in ControlUp
