A user reported experiencing strange values in framebuffer memory usage for certain processes in a customer's Citrix environment with NVIDIA L4-4Q. They discovered that this issue can be caused by a broken Citrix XenDesktop graphics driver and was able to fix it by uninstalling and reinstalling the VDA. This issue has also been observed by Microsoft, who have a similar issue with GPU process memory counters reporting incorrect values. A support ticket has been opened for this issue and the ControlUp community has also seen similar cases.

Troubleshooting Resource Leak Issues with ControlUp Agents
A user reported seeing a resource leak in both the cuagent and sipagent of three machines. The screenshot shows one machine with a 17-day uptime and a sustained 25% CPU for the sip agent. The user asked if there were any known resource leak issues in the 9.0.5.423 and 2.15 agents. Another user responded, saying they were not aware of any issues with 2.15 for Desktops and asked if the machines were Windows desktop OS and single user machines. They also suggested checking for AV exclusions, providing a link to documentation for setting them up. Setting Up Alerts for SQL Always On Availability Group Failovers
A user asked for help with setting up an alert for a customer's SQL Always On Availability Group. Suggestions were made to use a PowerShell script or a scheduled trigger using the Edge DX agent.
