I’ve recently updated our controlup environment to 9.1.0.661 (yesterday). I’ve updated updated the corresponding agent in both our Horizon VDI image(s) and the remote DX plugin on the remote endpoints at the work from home employees. Sine the update I no longer see remote client score metrics being reported. Has anybody else reported this?
Nick, is it possible you have a Horizon policy to allow only specific virtual channels?
if so, the VDI side of ControlUp (the cuAgent.exe process) sits in a folder that includes a version number.
Can you check you see cuAgentHelper.exe running in those sessions? that is the process that will collect the metrics arriving to the VDI
