Troubleshooting an upgrade from Citrix EUC Custom Hive 1242 to 1244 revealed that scouts were no longer reporting and Chromium instances were missing. Support was requested and a similar issue was found on a fresh 1244 installation. A request was made for the 1243 packages to test.

Hi all we have recently upgraded a Citrix EUC Custom Hive from 1242 to 1244 and scouts are no longer reporting, I can see numerous Synthetic monitoring processes running on the hive but what I can no longer see is any Chromium instances, has anything changed?? Have checked the docs but can see no reference to this.
Hi @member, thanks for flagging this.
It is definitely unexpected after the 1244 upgrade. To resolve this quickly, could you please open a support ticket? Our support team will be able to investigate why this happened.
@member Will do, FYI I installed a 1244 from scratch on a clean VM, same issue, no Chromium processes so seems like an issue with the installer? On a side note do you have the 1243 packages? I note you don’t really have an archive of Custom Hives as they are downloaded form the console, but would be handy to test. Many thanks.
