Troubleshooting Citrix EUC Scout and Custom Hive Errors

A user encountered an error while using Citrix EUC scout with a custom hive, which led to authentication failure when enabling Dynamic Flow. More details such as the specific error and versions of Workspace App and Custom Hive were provided. A fellow user suggested a troubleshooting tip which involved stopping the service and running a command with debugging enabled. No solution was yet found, but the debugging tip may help the user pinpoint the issue.

Starting the published desktop via StoreFront works from the custom hive machine…

I don’t have an answer but I do have a tip. Stop the service, hit a command prompt, and then run "sb-hive.exe debug". This will launch a command window with logging output and then actually show you the chromium browser or other tools actually popping up and running instead of running hidden in the background. At least you can watch it fail and maybe "see" why.
