The user was having an issue on Discovery where they were unable to get detailed information after clicking "Click the data point for more details". It was confirmed that the machine had the agent installed and the same process worked with Insights. The issue appears to have been resolved.

Just to make sure, that machine does have the agent installed right? The drill down would show process data which won’t be available without the agent.
If you find the same machine in Insights > computer trends. Can you get the drill down to work there?

Do you still see that "Click the data point for more details" message? I do not see it in the discovery view.
Its relevant when you are in the Historical reports -> Machine Trends (and other reports of the same nature) and then you click the data point to see the top consumers, in this case processes
