Multiple users discussed an issue where over 100 machines were not showing up or installing the ControlUp Edge DX SIP Agent. A suggestion was made to check the windows event log for events from the SIP agent, as well as running a network tester and ensuring AV exclusions and other prerequisites were in place. Mentioned links include the support article and a related download.

We are installing the ControlUp agent 2.16.0.366 in our SCCM task sequence, recently we have over 100 machines not showing up in the console or installing the ControlUp Edge DX SIP Agent. We have removed and reinstalled the agent manager and verified .net 4.8 is installed.
Anyone else seeing this or have recommendations before I open a ticket?
Do you provide the tenant url and device registration code on the command line or in the registry?
If so, check the windows event log for events from (off of memory) SIP agent. It should tell you why it cannot reach the tenant.
You can also run this network tester (attached) to ensure all URLs are open. Also make sure the AV exclusions are in place. Lastly there could be SSL inspection or a Proxy server blocking it as well.
