A user reports that the Wi-Fi Signal Timeline in ControlUp for Desktops shows "No Wifi" while their device’s network section displays it as connected. In ControlUp for Desktops > Details the Wi-Fi Signal Timeline shows No Wifi. If I click into the device Under network it has wifi showing as connected. Is the wifi signal timeline not realtime?
What type of device are you using?
and is there any VPN active on the device?
Its for a Windows 11 24H2 laptop. There is a VPN active on the device.
VPN could be the issue but could you check the Location service if this is disabled you will not get the wifi signal

did enabling fix?
My org has it off via policy. I’ll need to see if they want to turn it on.

there maybe a fix in the works but for now thats the work around
