Using ControlUp for Applications with Citrix Published Apps

Hello! We’re using ControlUp for Applications and wanted to check what’s possible around Citrix published applications.

Our goal is to:

• Monitor applications that are published through Citrix

• Generate monthly reports for those applications (usage, performance, etc.)

Is it possible for ControlUp for Applications to monitor Citrix published apps directly?

If so, are there any specific prerequisites, configurations, or limitations we should be aware of?

ControlUp for Apps requires the ControlUp for Desktops agent to be installed. There’s currently no integration with VDI. It’s intended to monitor SaaS applications not windows apps. Do you have a customer success manager you work with?
