A user noticed a discrepancy in data between ControlUp and Citrix Monitor for logon duration and profile load time. Another user suggested opening a support ticket, as different data points are used to measure these. The app.controlup.com site is now named DEX, and the relevant section for this issue is VDI & DAAS.
Read the entire ‘Addressing Data Discrepancies with ControlUp and Citrix Monitor’ thread below:
Anyone see data discrepency between controlup LOGON DURATION in the report "Session activity" and what is shown in citrix monitor? For example, this user shows LOGON DURATION OTHER = 298 and PROFILE LOAD TIME = 5 seconds. but in monitor, it shows the profile load time was long. Using citrix profile manager container if that matters
From this data it looks to me like the controlup data is incorrect.
we use different data points to measure this at so you can’t compare 1:1
@member did we have some info on the differences we can share?
it seems to be they are pulling wildly different data. looking at CU it looks like all the profile load super fast. But if you drill into it in citrix monitor, it shows the profile is what is taking a long time. so the data isnt even close
heres a comparison
its also not pickup up CVAD PROFILE LOAD TIME
guess I can create a support ticket
yeah def open a ticket please
what category is this anymore. so many name changes. what is app.controlup.com called now? dex? solve? something else?
