Hi Everyone, is there a metric for User tried to connect to VDI but did not get the machine because machines weren’t available?
not user specific unless it is also logged in the connection server event logs but I don’t believe it is. Best to look at is available no of machines on pool level
In the connection events I can see Failed to connect alerts. Customer requirement is if there are 5 available machines and user 6 tries to request for desktop and can’t connect to VDI, control up should be able to give those alerts or in reports.
For which platform? Horizon or Citrix?
Horizon
