Troubleshooting Outbound Agent Communication Issues at ControlUp HQ

ControlUp’s Plan for Replacing Solve Tab in Console00

A user asked about plans to replace the Solve tab in the Console with a Dex tab, since Solve is no longer available. Another user mentioned that there is already a Dex button but it will not function as a SSO. The console will require users to log into Dex first in its next version. Troubleshooting EUC Testing in ControlUp

Discussion on Virus Detection in ControlUp Folder

A user shared their findings on the ControlUp folder - it looks like after 5 days, eicar was no longer detected as a virus. The user did not know what a bloom filter was, so they sent the logs to a defender expert. After researching, they became more confused and someone joked about flowers.
