The team discussed the availability of the Big Screen Dashboard in Power BI, with the answer being no but with a bit of possibility. The Dashboard is designed specifically for real-time use, which Power BI is not suited for. However, a blog post will be published next week on how to translate a Grafana widget to Power BI, allowing for similar insights. The team is also working on a ControlUp Innovation Guild space within the product for easy access to dashboards.

Controlling High CPU Processes with ControlUp: Tips and Suggestions from ControlUp Team
A discussion took place about the most efficient way to throttle high CPU-consuming processes, including recommendations for using Citrix WEM or ControlUp for automation. Deploying ControlUp agent on MacOS with Workspace ONE UEM
A user asked for advice on deploying the ControlUp agent to a MacOS device using Workspace ONE UEM. Another user offered to check with the macOS agent development team for insights and asked for screenshots as well. The first user also clarified that they are looking for a correct plist file and suggested that scripting may not be needed. Enhancing Intune Integration at ControlUp
Shane mentioned some suggestions for additional CPC Intune Context items, such as provisioning policy, network method, region, scope, policies applied, user settings, and license type. This functionality is currently being developed and is expected to be available in H2-25. There may be a call with the community in April to gather more insight on what users want to see. One large enterprise also requested the ability to block login to DEX Console and only use enrich as an access method for strict location restrictions.

Understanding the Installed Apps Report on ControlUp’s DEX Portal
A user asked if the DEX portal's installed apps report gathers info on per user installs. Another user was unsure and asked for clarification from a member involved with report descriptions. The answer is that the report shows both per user and system-wide installs, and the user can use filters to sort through the data. Citrix Published apps are also included in the report.
