Trouble Adding Host to ControlUp Console
A user had trouble adding a host in the Console, receiving the error "The RPC server is unavailable". Suggestions included checking all necessary firewall ports were open and unchecking the 'Deploy agent automatically' setting in the agent settings, which solved the issue. It is advised that the latest version of .Net Framework (4.8) is installed to ensure compatibility. The latest On-prem version of ControlUp available is 8.7.0.24.

Accessing Historical Reports with ControlUp Solve Trial License
A user was trying ControlUp Solve on a trial license and found the UI promising, but couldn't access historical reports as they were running an on-premise appliance. It was suggested that the user deploy the on-premise appliance and use a version 8.6.5 or higher, but that Solve on-prem does not have built-in historical reports. To access these, they would need to connect to IOP.

How to Enable/Disable Maintenance Mode Script in ControlUp?
A user asked if anything special is needed to use the enable/disable maintenance mode script - it's only for on-prem Citrix and requires giving the service account the necessary rights. Citrix Cloud requires the Secure Access Account to have full admin rights. The script works great in RT Console and a user was having difficulty loading sanpin in Solve. The team will take a look tomorrow.

Troubleshooting an On-Premises 8.7 Issue with SOP Not Functioning
A customer upgraded their On-Premises environment from 8.5 to 8.7 and introduced SOP 8.7, however it was not functioning. Possible fixes such as restarting ControlUp Monitor and SOP, changing the SSL cert, toggling "Ignore SSL Cert Errors", checking port 443, checking UserManagement logs, checking docker logs, creating a monitor log (Log4Net) and generating the key file again were suggested.
