Landon points out that the Client OS can be found in the Session Activity report. The only way to detect the client OS without RemoteDX is by using the ICA version and a lookup table of those versions.

ControlUp Edge DX Alert Issue Resolved

The Importance of Folder Structure for ControlUp Reporting Data
The ControlUp team discusses a recent folder structure change that has resulted in reporting data being split between the old and new directory. It is not possible to move the older data to the new location and there is no way to hide it from other users. The historic data will eventually drop off after a year and will only show under the year selection. Some users have found that the folder structure greatly affects their stress levels, alerts, automation, and reports. It is advised to make changes to the folder structure only for significant reasons as it can still be adjusted for minor projects without impacting the main structure of the historical data.

Getting Detailed Folder Sizes on VDI using ControlUp

Improving Reporting in ControlUp: Addressing Skewed Numbers and Adding More Features

SSO for ControlUp: Covering Multiple Features
