There is a trigger set to run on Monitors and the user encountered an error while it's running. One suggestion was to check the security context and make sure the relevant account is logged off from the server where the monitor is installed. Logging off the account logged into the server resolved the issue.

Upcoming Feature: Triggering Windows Events with “Information” Type on ControlUp

The Importance of Folder Structure for ControlUp Reporting Data
The ControlUp team discusses a recent folder structure change that has resulted in reporting data being split between the old and new directory. It is not possible to move the older data to the new location and there is no way to hide it from other users. The historic data will eventually drop off after a year and will only show under the year selection. Some users have found that the folder structure greatly affects their stress levels, alerts, automation, and reports. It is advised to make changes to the folder structure only for significant reasons as it can still be adjusted for minor projects without impacting the main structure of the historical data.
