Understanding Cross Site Association in ControlUp
When the delivery group is in another datacenter, it may have its own ControlUp monitor which the EUC view only allows one site per EUC site. RT shows information but Solve does not. It is verified that the monitor is connected and available, but the user needs "cross site association" -- a setting to allow the monitors to share data between each other. Enabling this feature increases network utilization and has to be done manually. For more information, the user can see the Multi-Site Association Feature at https://support.controlup.com/docs/multi-site-association-feature.

Viewing Dropped Packets in ControlUp Console
A user asked about opportunities to get CRC/Dropped Packets or port flapping type stats for Netscaler/Hypervisors in the ControlUP console. These metrics are pulled from the hypervisor per VM, but this may not be an option for Nutanix/AHV as it may not be exposed by the Prism API. Drop packets are only available from the hypervisor itself.

Investigating “Failed” EUC Scouts in ControlUp
For some EUC Scouts, 'Couldn't get SessionReady from the session' is marked as 'failed' despite the screenshots appearing successful. The duration of the logon might be too short, so increasing it and using baseline images may help resolve the issue. In one instance, the issue was caused by Scoutbees reconnecting to a disconnected session, leading to 12 hour-long failed Scouting, even though the connection was successful.

Where do AppVolumes and FSlogix Fit in Logon Time Counters with ControlUp?
The user asked where AppVolumes and FSlogix fall in the Logon Time Counters. The answer is "Logon Duration - Other" - as the ControlUp counters detect the duration of the standard Microsoft events. FSLogix has a phase "LoadProfile" and "ShellStart" which ControlUp tracks in ALD, while AppVolumes has similar hooks, though they may cause logon blocking due to executing scripts.
