Targeting ControlUp Edge DX Alerts to Specific Devices

Could Language Regional Settings Cause ALD Script Output Errors in ControlUp?
A user had a problem with an ALD script that showed an output with a duration of 83000 seconds and Logon end in the future. It was suggested that the problem could come from different language regional settings in the console and the target machine, with the decimal separator (e.g. 36,00) being sent to the machine as text and being misinterpreted. The Desktop Load Time could also be an issue and it was suggested to look for an anomalous value in the Windows Shell line.

Does ControlUp Use WMI APIs?
The discussion provided an audit answer to the question of if the WMI APIs are used to manage virtual network resources. ControlUp usually uses them sparingly, such as for GPU data collection, but not for Monitor. Assistance Finding CotnrolUp Edge DX Weak Wi-Fi Signal Notification Script
The user asked for assistance finding a script for an Edge DX weak wifi signal notification for end users, and was provided with a script to use and settings to change. No data for a device/user on UC&C Dashboard for Teams
The user had a question about not being able to view data for a device/user on the UC&C Dashboards for Teams. The dashboard takes data from 2 sources - the Teams API and an agent for real-time insights. Microsoft Graph API is the data for the Teams management dashboards and agent data is linked by participant/session ID. If the data is missing, delayed, or timestamped incorrectly, it's a Microsoft issue. Screenshots were provided for clarification.

How to Remove the BDM Partition from ControlUp Stress Level
A user asked how to remove the BDM partition from the min free-space drive calculation in ControlUp for Citrix PVS workers. The suggested solution was to add the drive letter to the 'Drives' value in the ExclusionRules on the endpoint before sealing the image. Neither the colon nor the backslash needs to be included.
