Understanding the Installed Apps Report on ControlUp’s DEX Portal
A user asked if the DEX portal's installed apps report gathers info on per user installs. Another user was unsure and asked for clarification from a member involved with report descriptions. The answer is that the report shows both per user and system-wide installs, and the user can use filters to sort through the data. Citrix Published apps are also included in the report.

Troubleshooting the ControlUp Onboarding Process

Improving Survey Sentiment Features in ControlUp
A user inquired about adding an action button to the Survey Sentiment feature in ControlUp to run remediation scripts. This is not currently possible, but may be part of the company's roadmap. They do have a user voice on the topic. There is a highlighted link in their documentation, but it is for the opposite function (triggering an automation from a survey). The user also asked if there are any plans for more data insights on root cause level analysis in UCC feature and mentioned that the device name column shows no data. The team responded that they are planning to expose the Sentiment Results API for third party tool use and will try to enable this capability within the product in the future.

Creating Triggers in ControlUp for Outlook Inbox Monitoring

Troubleshooting Duplicating Monitors in ControlUp Solve
Monitors are occasionally duplicating in Solve under the Machines node. A known bug in 9.0.0, this issue was improved in 9.0.5 but may not be fixed completely until 9.1. @member is currently working on resolving known bugs for this feature and is willing to troubleshoot the issue together. It's recommended to upgrade to the latest 9.0.5 build to potentially resolve some of the issues. The duplicating monitors may be more than just a visual quirk, but it's assigned to a specific role and doesn't affect other functionality.

Troubleshooting Pagerduty Integration in Scoutbees

ControlUp Academy: Metrics Dashboard Suggestions for Omnissa Horizon Customers

Some suggestions were for metrics about pods, connection servers, and virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) as well as user access gateway (UAG) metrics and creating custom reports with data collected by ControlUp. There was also mention of creating historical reports and making the process of creating custom reports easier within the ControlUp Analytics feature.
