Investigating Bogus Framebuffer Memory Usage with ControlUp

A user reported experiencing strange values in framebuffer memory usage for certain processes in a customer's Citrix environment with NVIDIA L4-4Q. They discovered that this issue can be caused by a broken Citrix XenDesktop graphics driver and was able to fix it by uninstalling and reinstalling the VDA. This issue has also been observed by Microsoft, who have a similar issue with GPU process memory counters reporting incorrect values. A support ticket has been opened for this issue and the ControlUp community has also seen similar cases.

Troubleshooting Resource Leak Issues with ControlUp Agents

A user reported seeing a resource leak in both the cuagent and sipagent of three machines. The screenshot shows one machine with a 17-day uptime and a sustained 25% CPU for the sip agent. The user asked if there were any known resource leak issues in the 9.0.5.423 and 2.15 agents. Another user responded, saying they were not aware of any issues with 2.15 for Desktops and asked if the machines were Windows desktop OS and single user machines. They also suggested checking for AV exclusions, providing a link to documentation for setting them up. New Report and Plans for Linux Integration Announced by ControlUp Team

The ControlUp team announced the availability of a new report and mentioned their plans to add Linux (specifically IGEL and Stratodesk) to the platform. They are working on a stable delivery for Linux and will then add it to the report. Currently, Linux devices controlled by the vendor will not show on CU but once the team has a solution, they will appear on the report. Automating Reports for VDI Machines with ControlUp

How to Create Triggers for MS Defender Endpoint Scripts in ControlUp

Troubleshooting a Stopped Trigger in ControlUp

A user is experiencing trouble with a trigger that suddenly stopped working. They shared a screenshot of the trigger and asked for suggestions on how to improve it. Troubleshooting Remote Client Score Metrics in ControlUp after updating environment

A user asked about issues with remote client score metrics after updating their ControlUp environment and corresponding agent. DEX Script Output in ControlUp
