A member needed guidance on building a dashboard for devices with and without a certain app installed. Currently, the NOT filter is not supported in the installed app index, so they suggest using a script or workflow and custom index. They will put in a User voice or add it to the roadmap. Scripts have been completed and data reporting is looking good for macOS, Windows, and Linux. It was mentioned that this is great news.

ControlUp data update intervals and new agent method for collecting data

Creating Workflows to Auto Tag Machines Based on Location

There is currently no native support for this type of trigger in ControlUp Workflows. The recommended workaround is to create a scheduled flow that runs every 5-15 minutes to update tags based on IP address and location data. Comparing Permissions in ControlUp VDI App and RTC

Choosing the Right ControlUp Agent for Virtualized Domain Controllers
